Customer Service Training. Tuesday June 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Chances R Beer Garden.

Presented by York native JEANNE BAER, the seminar focuses on how to deal with difficult customers and how good front-line customer service can make an economic impact on a business.

REGISTRATION: If you are a member of the York Area Chamber of Commerce, you can send five (5) staff members to the seminar FREE OF CHARGE. If you wish to send more than 5 staff members, then each additional person is just $5.00. Non-members are welcome to attend at the cost of $10.00 per person. There is also an OPTIONAL lunch at the Chances R for an additional $10.00 per person. Seating is limited.
