PARADE ENTRY INFORMATION(Required)
We need to know these details about your entry in order to make the parade run smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation! Please note you are required to provide a cleanup crew for your animals during the parade. Please check all that apply:

The York Area Chamber of Commerce will determine the line-up of the parade. Those who submit their entry forms AFTER August 28 will be placed at the end of the parade route. NO Entries accepted after September 4! Participants must adhere to deadlines and all guidelines. In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I waive and release any and all rights and claims against York Area Chamber of Commerce, the sponsors of the event, and the road officials for any injuries suffered by me or my child in connection with this event. I further certify that my child and I are in good enough physical condition to participate in this event.
