General Volunteer Information for 2025 Heart of the Holidays Festival (December 14)

• Thank you for volunteering at the Heart of the Holidays Festival on December 14th at the York City Auditorium! The event runs from 1–5 PM and includes a full afternoon of family-friendly activities such as ice skating, s’mores at “Smooresville,” kids’ crafts, cookie decorating, Christmas bingo, food trucks, character meet-and-greets, and more. Santa will arrive by fire truck with a police escort, and guests can enjoy carriage rides, games, stuffed animal crafting, balloon making, a snowball fight area, and holiday movies throughout the day. The Christmas Lights Parade begins at 5:30 PM, followed by the end of skating at 8 PM. As a volunteer, you’ll help keep activities running smoothly, guide guests to different stations, and support the overall festive experience for families in our community.
